Jammin Player’s Service: jamminplayer.com provides different subscription plans in order to help the User to develop and improve his or her musical skills through the use of a musical library, and help the User to practice music as Users: Musicians, Teachers, Students and all other persons using the website jamminplayer.com.

Irrespective of the instrument, the level or the genre, the User will be able to improve his or her skills by playing music with others.

Loops and Tunes: Original music creations and works performed  by professional musicians and recorded, mixed and produced by music professionals. These original tunes are recognizable by their rhythmic, harmonic and melodic progressions and are presented by instrument, level and genre.

Songs: Jammin musician team did covers. There are not original, they are covers played, recorded and mastered by professional. They may be different from the orignal Songs. Jammin.band gets the license from IMRO (Irish Music Rights Organisation).

The Player: Software that enables the musician, the student or teacher to choose one instrument, one level and one genre to play with others. The central control panel includes the following buttons: play/pause, advance and return, loop with A (start), B (end) and X for reset and a speed change button. There is also one instrumental track per instrument, including a clic sound and a volume manager per track.

Membership:  jamminplayer.com membership will continue until terminated. Different types of memberships are available depending on the number of pack chosen by the User. (The payment will be made monthly or annually).

Teacher: The teacher helps the Student to learn, perform and develop his or her musical skills, whatever the instrument, level or genre may be. The teacher also assists the Student to learn how to play with others, as if he or she is performing in a group, using the Jammin Player Service. To qualify as a Teacher and obtain authorisation and access in that capacity to the Jammin Player application, the User shall send an executed copy of his or her employment contract, diploma and other appropriate evidence certifying his or her professional status as a licensed accredited or recognised music teacher. Teachers are offered one month free trial and if 3 Teacher’s Students use the Jammin Player application, the access remains free of charge for the Teachers.

Student: The Student uses the Jammin Player application to learn, perform and develop his or her musical skills, whatever the instrument, level or genre may be, in order to play in group with others musicians. The Student User chooses the instrumental tracks he or she wants to play with and learns how to play such music as if he or she played in a group. The Student User registers for  a paid subscription and accepts a weekly payment plan.

Payment Methods: Payments shall be made through PAYPAL payment – with or without Paypal Account – or other means as may be accepted by jamminplayer.com. Any information required for the payment method of the User must be current and updated by the user on an as-needed basis.

3-1 Cancelation. You can cancel your subscription clicking on “CANCEL” on the Packs page. No commitment, no condition, no delay. That’s all.

3-2 Billing Cycle. The membership fee for the Jammin.band (jamminplayer.com) Service will be charged as per your Payment Method instructions on the specific billing date indicated on your Packs page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you register for the service. 

Jammin.band (jamminplayer.com) may change the price for the paid subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, from time to time, and will notify any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the effective date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you expressly accept the new price by continuing to use the Jammin.band (jamminplayer.com) Service after the price change has taken effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to refuse the change by unsubscribing from the paid subscription prior to the price change entering into effect.

3-3 Payment Methods. To use the Jammin.band (jamminplayer.com) Service you must use your Paypal account or the possibility to use your card without an account. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method.

3-4 Renewal. Your payment to Jammin.band (jamminplayer.com) or a third party throughout with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your Jammin Player membership, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your Packs page with the applicable third party and deactivated auto-renewal, or unsubscribing from Jammin.band (jamminplayer.com) Service through that third party. You may also find billing information about your Jammin.band (jamminplayer.com)Membership by visiting your Packs page with the applicable third party.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided. You can access your information in the account section of the website. 

 

If you use Jammin Player Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and shall inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner. 

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable terms and conditions, guidelines or policies.

Jammin.Band will make reasonable efforts to keep the Jammin Player Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties, maintenance or testing, or updates required to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. Jammin.Band reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Jammin Player Service, with advance notice where possible, all without liability to you, except where prohibited by law, for valid reasons such as in case of genuine interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Jammin Player Service or any function or feature thereof, or need to repair, maintain or improve the existing functions or features, or to add new functions or features to the Service, or to implement advancements in science and technology or ensure the operability or the security of the Service, legal and regulatory reasons.

Jammin.Band will not be responsible for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Jammin Player Service.

This condition does not affect your legal right to have services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

We may make changes to the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, such as improving the existing functions or features or adding new functions or features to the Jammin Player Service, implementing advancements in science and technology, and reasonable technical adjustments to the Jammin Player Service, ensuring the operability or the security of the Jammin Player Service, and for legal or regulatory reasons. 

When we make material changes to the Terms and Conditions, we’ll provide you with notice as appropriate under the circumstances. In some cases, we will notify you in advance, and your continued use of the Jammin Player Service after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. Please therefore make sure you read any such notice carefully. 

If you do not wish to continue using the Jammin Player Service under the new version of the Agreements, you may terminate your account by contacting us. If you received a trial or a paid subscription through a third party, you must cancel the applicable paid subscription through such third party.
